Your challenges?

  • Pull and model data from our data lake and Google Analytics to create quantitative models of business trends and measure the impact of online sales growth initiatives
  • Load and perform data validation procedures/checklist for performance data on assigned programs and data migrations
  • Document data processing and data validation procedures for all assigned programs
  • Develop automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information
  • Assess data quality per source and conduct data quality enhancement initiatives across sources
  • Develop and automate reports/ dashboards, solving for the Business Intelligence and analytical needs of our full range of stakeholders working with functional leads and other stakeholders to establish the right metrics for monitoring the business
  • Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights; provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support for key projects Generate and go deep on consumer insights and competitive intelligence to help teams drive product innovation and iteration
  • Communicate insights in compelling ways, creating data storytelling
  • Develop a clear understanding of the business’s strategic needs, help translate them to use case roadmaps, prioritize initiatives based on impact, and design adoption lifecycles
  • Work closely with business owners and execution hubs throughout the lifecycle of a use case as the analytics product owner.
  • Inform and update stakeholders on product performance, plans, and progress towards metrics.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/math or related technical discipline 3-5 years of experience in data management, reporting, and leveraging analytics to drive business decisions
  • Experience with analytical tools supporting data evaluation and reporting, as well as querying large, complex data sets (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, etc.)
  • Demonstrated use of analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to drive decisions Hands-on experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and/or insights Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver; capable of translating data into meaningful analysis and insights, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business.
  • Ability to see the big picture and to focus on details when necessary Proven track record of project management and organizational skills, with an ability to initiate, prioritize, and execute complex, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance across businesses and leadership levels
  • Ability to explain the experiment tracking needs that should be implemented/developed to both business and technical counterparts, and to identify, troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues.
